I am in dire need of crockpot recipes. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow. DP doesn't help cook and I'm trying to rest as much as possible. Post away ladies!

toss in a pork roast and water in the morning. Before you eat add in a bottle of bbq sauce and shread with forks. serve on rolls with salad on the side. total time, 5 mins + cook time.

chicken tenderloins, water, bouillon cubes, baby carrots, small red potatoes cut in half. Cook all day. Serve with salad (see the pattern? get bags of premade salad for ease)

2 cups of dried pinto beans in 6 cups of water. Cook 6 hours on high. Add in garlic, cumin, chili powder, chopped onions and tomatoes. Continue cooking 4 hours. Eat with corn chips, it makes great dip.

Are you a carnivore?
I made three recipes last week...
Belgian Beef Stew
Beef Barley Soup My husband raves about this one and it is happily chilling in our freezer for postpartum.
And this one is not great for saving, but it was yummy
Hawaiian Drumsticks
Tonight I am making gumbo, which doesn't suit a crockpot because of the rue, but it is so yummy.
I hope others post recipes too!

These are great ladies. I even bought a huge bag of pre-mixed salad, some extra carrots and vinegarette dressing. Yum! I have tons of healthy snacks for the rest of the week.

I love this recipe. I bought some hamburger buns just for it but forgot the roast at my parent's house. LOL

In a helter-skelter fashion...

I throw in about 2 big white potatoes, 2 sweet potatoes, 1/2 c of white onion and shallots too, 1 lb of stew meat, and put a sliced lemon over the top. Add a cup of water, a couple bay leaves and pepper. Add salt after it cooks.

Uber healthy. And if you buy pre-cut sweet taters like I do, redonkulous easy.

Hope you find some do-agains, Monique!
