(I realize this is not natural, but any posts re. body care need to be here. Hope it's ok!)

My hygenist recommended whitening mouthwash when I was complaining about my teeth being kinda yellow. I really thought she'd tell me what options the dental clinic offered, for $$$ Anyway, I finally bought some, expecting very little, and holy cow, it works! In 60 seconds, my teeth went from eh to sparkly white! And it's soooo much easier than the strips. : Totally worth the $4.97. AND it tastes better than regular mouthwase AND the tiny bubbles are cool. (Please don't tell me how I am poisoning myself. It really works.)

Where can I get some? I think something like that would be nice right around now.

eh... it's just hydrogen peroxide and some flavoring right?

If you've got work in the front of your mouth don't do this.. cause you'll end up with two tone teeth instead of

Mine recommended peroxide, which is even cheaper

Tastes nasty, though!

FTR, I have receding gums/sensitive teeth and was advised by my hygienist and my dentist NOT to use any whitening products. Too harsh.

I got it at Target, but it's with the mouthwash in any drugstore.

Yeah, I know that it's the HO3 that's doing the work, but I wasn't sure what concentration to use. And the mouthwase tastes pretty good.

I know, aren't they a pita? I have to resist all my thriftiness to even buy them, and then I can't be bothered to use the whole box. Not putting anything else in my mouth for 30 min at a time is a bit of a challenge, too. : And then there's all the non-recyclable packaging.
