Quickens Users?

I am new to Quickens and I've synced the bank account with it. For some reason it will not record my husband's pay which is automatically deposited. All other deposits and transfers from savings show up.

My numbers are way off because of this and I have no idea how to fix it. Help!

I've been using Quicken for the past few months, so I am not yet an expert! Sometimes I'll be able to see a transaction online at the bank's website but Quicken won't recognize it for a few days. I try it again later in the week and it pops up. You might want to wait and see if that works. If not, you can always just input it by hand to get your numbers correct. Keep on top of it... I didn't update for a few weeks once and it was a pain getting all caught up again. Hope that helped...

Thank you, I don't think that is the problem though. Now that I've looked closer I can see the last two months of income have been registered but because I am trying to do a full six months of financials the bank has incomplete information. So, Quickens shows us in the hole for around 12k when we are not at all negative. :

I just manually enter everything into Quicken.
