proper diet and exercise...what it boils down to is you deciding you are sick and tired of being over weight and you wish to start taking better care of your body. trying to control your diet with "supressents" doesn't keep your mind from wanting to bing kwim. when you decide you are ready to buckle down and be serious I strongly suggest The Clinic 30 Program

I need to get back into the swing of it (after a couple of years of maintaining very well I got preg. with rich and well long story short i gained a lot of weight that hasn't come off) again, but thinking that nursing on demand is holding my weight on still

It does work, but it does take about 2 weeks to get into the swing of it and about a month to see results (you may not see the scale move for about 6 weeks, but you will notice your clothes getting looser...and that is the focus, the way your cloths feel on you, not the scale. I went from a size 15 to a size 5 in 4 months of this program and maintained that size for over 2 years, and I know I would have continued to maintain if circumstances hadn't been like they were the past 2 years.
