Does anyone have any ideas as to what natural supplements help with wieght loss?

I have trouble sticking to a special diet more than 3 days at a time. I wondered if there are any supplements that would help control my appetite and cravings?

proper diet and exercise...what it boils down to is you deciding you are sick and tired of being over weight and you wish to start taking better care of your body. trying to control your diet with "supressents" doesn't keep your mind from wanting to bing kwim. when you decide you are ready to buckle down and be serious I strongly suggest The Clinic 30 Program http://www.greentreepress.com/clinic30.htm I've btdt and this program teaches you how to eat proper in proper portions and you do loose the inches and fat. I need to get back into the swing of it (after a couple of years of maintaining very well I got preg. with rich and well long story short i gained a lot of weight that hasn't come off) again, but thinking that nursing on demand is holding my weight on still It does work, but it does take about 2 weeks to get into the swing of it and about a month to see results (you may not see the scale move for about 6 weeks, but you will notice your clothes getting looser...and that is the focus, the way your cloths feel on you, not the scale. I went from a size 15 to a size 5 in 4 months of this program and maintained that size for over 2 years, and I know I would have continued to maintain if circumstances hadn't been like they were the past 2 years. You can Drink Fennel tea and spicy foods with hot peppers or sauce will help as well as apple cider vinegar and drinking lots of water, kicking out the refinded sugars, nutrasweet, sweet and low, creamers, extra breads and dairy, larger portions and seconds, takeout and taste testing while cooking ect. Stress also holds weight on the waist, find ways to reduce your stress. Don't reward yourself with food. Don't comfort yorself w/ food soorrry fussy babee
