I've gotten myself into quite the melee about that WHO statement, but I can't find the reference:

The WHO ranks infant feeding as follows:

1) Breastfeeding
2) Pumped Breast milk
3) Donor milk
4) Infant formula

Help a girl out - I'm being singed!
