Checked my cervix last week. Super soft, finger tip dilated.

Checked tonight. Firmer and closed up some.

Okay, I get the hint, I'll stop checking. Sheesh.

Apparently, what was feeling soft was the external os and that can change around, it's the internal os that matters. So things didn't actually regress or anything. Whew! (Although if it had, that could have been useful info for people worried about preterm labor, "eat lots of rice and your cervix will close right back up")
