Kriket!!! That line was crazy dark!! Oh, girl, I can't wait to hear what happens.

Jennifer- Congrats on the baby girl! How exciting!::

Today is the day for AF to show (supposedly). I'm actually really excited for it to happen, because this is going to be our first cycle TTC!!! Round one, here we go! Of course, AF is dragging her heels...the one time I want her to come!

here's to us getting our wishes and lots of GREAT NEWS!!
Well, the ultrasound tech guy said he saw nothing at all unusual with my heart (doctor has to review the results also but I think I may be "healthy as a horse"). Woo-hoo! Sunnykbird, hope your body is all ready by October too!

Good morning, Ladies!

Well, Tropical Storm Fay is finally gone from our area, and we now have to clean all the debris from our yard! I was outside this morning picking up some tree limbs, and something bit or stung me on the bottom of my foot (darn flip-flops), and now I'm all worried it was a brown widow (non-native Florida widow spider...related to black widow) or something equally as poisonous. I'm cautiously waiting for my foot to turn black.

Annddddd...I'm now 10 dpo, and had my husband hide my two Dollar Tree tests yesterday so I can't test! I won't be testing til Thursday, although part of me seriously thinks I am pregnant. I dunno, really, guess we'll find out next week!

Good luck, feminine_earth, I hope this is your cycle (and that it wasn't a spider!)

Well, my chances of getting pregnant this cycle are dwindling before I've even O'd. My husband is getting sick and feeling like crap, and getting VERY upset with me if I even hint at trying to DTD. We got in a huge fight last night because I was doing everything I could to relax him and make him feel better in the hopes of getting in a quickie at some point (and also because, uh, I'm his wife and want him to feel better) and it just made him angry. He has a low sex drive and is only very occasionally really in the mood, the rest of the time I practically have to force it on him! It really sucks! As if this isn't hard enough already with me having PCOS. And then I recently read something about men with low sex drives having low testosterone and possibly low sperm counts as well, so I'm getting kind of nervous about that... I don't even want to bring it up because I'm afraid he'll be offended.

hey does your dh by any chance have psoriasis? and take meds for it? I know that sounds totally crazy. But my sisters husband has it (patches of really dry skin on arms or head..anywhere) because the meds they take for that cause men to have the libido of an old basset hound and I just thought that may be the reason...
either way you can find testosterone supplements at the store...slip it to him...tell him it's a new vitamin..no jk. maybe just tell him...
I am not suggesting ED meds or anything maybe just a shove in the right direction for his hormones could help *shrugs*
good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion sunnykbird He doesn't have psoriasis or take any prescription meds at all. He's actually taking a supplement by Mountain Rose Herbs right now called 'male care' that has maca, horny goat weed and some other stuff in it and we're hoping that will help but he's only been taking it for like 3 weeks so far.

Going up...

(See chart below)

Alice. We had the same problem, but opposite. Dh is loving all the bd we do now, because the pill totally murdered my drive, and I want a baby darn it! It sucks for me too.

: FE!

BBG- that's great news!

mrscompgeek- for a few months before ttc I started taking a prenatal, milk thistle, b6, epo (since i have a problem with cm), calcium, clo, and rrl tea occasionally.

As for me, it's day 21 and I STILL haven't ovulated. Steedalyn- I think I remember you not ovulating until really late after your m/c right? I guess that's happening to me too. Ugh.

can I just tell you how jazzed I am that I got AF! I know that sounds nuts. But I have to be honest, I wasn't sure about charting and temps and fluids and the whole nine .
In July I m/c and didn't know how fast things would fall back into place...if ever?!?! and now I have a starting point for this fall...
My temp dropped. We'll see what happens tomorrow, but I'm not feeling very hopeful right now. :

I know the feeling! I finally got mine back after going off birth control but I am worried that Its not back to normal since I took Provera to get this one. I am sooo ready to get pregnant! I am very irregular as far as periods ever since I was 12 when I first got mine so I am worried about how it will affect ovulation.

feminine_earth

So sorry! I tried to do the temp but my temp was all over the place so I never could get a good reading.
Ok, this is weird. Temp was low again this morning, so I tested just to get it over with. Test was negative. Brought pads to work because I assumed I was getting my period today. Started cramping (like mild period cramping) around 10am, and all throughout the day...kept going to the bathroom to see if I needed to put a pad on but nothing there! No sign of AF at all!

This is officially the first time I have ever had cramping with no bleeding. Makes no sense at all, and now, of course, I'm all kinda hopeful that maybe I am pregnant after all and it just didn't show up on the test yet.

We shall see what happens tomorrow.

this is not a rare thing lots of people cramp because their uterus is just "working out' now...strengthening itself.

mrscompgeek, I know exactly what you mean...Good luck to you !!!
Feminine_Earth I hope this is it for you. It's so hard to tell unfortunately because some women have cramps before their period. Mine was always the second day after my period started. However in the beginning of my preg. I did have some mild cramping (I say mild very carefully, they hurt) but luckly I don't anymore now it's just ligament pains. Anyway I hope your cramping is a sign of preg. and not af:

Notyetmommy- : I'll pm you tomorrow

I hope everyone is doing good. I'm doing much better now at 16 wks. I don't get nauseas nearly as much as I used to and my super sense of smell is somewhat back to normal. I'm still hungry all the time though. It seems like all I want to do is cook and then eat . I know embarrassing.
Kriket you showed us that dark line, don't leave us in suspense...lol are you on the tww?
Good grief. When my temp drops, it DROPS. Blah. :

Any other moms here struggling with a "chubby tummy"? I gained 30 pounds while on BC and it all went to my belly. So I right now look 3 months pregnant. (in fact grandma started telling people I am pregnant when she saw me!) It is a struggle with me because I want to start out pregnant with a somewhat flat stomache but I have been exercising/watching what I eat since I went off the pill in may and I can seem to shake the tummy. Im afraid I will be big as a barn once I add pregnancy weight on. Anyone else here struggling with that?
Ack, got my period. Blah.
