I attended this great Infant Massage Group today in Waterbury at the Bodhi Wellness Studio and it was wonderful. I thought I would share and encourage moms to go with their little ones. It is for ages newborn to 1 yr. There were mostly infants there today and i brought my seven month old. She didnt lie still the whole time but it was still great to do with her and to meet new moms! It only costs $15 dollars. The next group session is Sept 1st.
Suzi was the person that did the class. You just have to bring something for your baby to lie on incase they pee or poop as you undress the babies completely. Everything else is provided.
It was a lot of fun. They are located on 92 stowe Street in Waterbury. Its where the Gristlmill (old name) restaurant is.
