FREE cloth doll pattern?

I want to make DS a cloth doll, something pretty quick to make - any free patterns or tutorials around?

The simplest doll I ever made was just 2 pieces of fabric, sort of shaped like a giant gingerbread man. I cut them out, sewed them together except for a couple of inches, turned it right side out, stuffed it and sewed up the last bit, then embroidered or painted on the face.

Black Apple has a very sweet doll. The pattern is available for free. I don't have the link to it, but if you google "Black Apple" their page will come up. Somewhere on there is the free pattern.
