this 'nutrionist' i recently saw recomened rejuvenative foods vegetable ferments over home made ones. they are american based in california i think and they are really really expensive to get here in UK (of course he's selling them
) so just wondering if anyone here has tried them and what you think? are they worth the expense? i've tried the saurkraut which was quite nice the cabbage was very soft and sloppy not at all crunchy,the saurkraut has no salt in it and is fermented with lemon juice and dill. they also do various salsa's and kimchi and raw nut butters. i would love to know if anyone has tried them and what you think?
