Coconut Pancake Recipes Please?

I bought some coconut flour and wanted to make pancakes. Does anyone have a good recipe? The one I saw on Tropical Traditions website has wheat and I was hoping to avoid grain and just use the coconut flour?

Here you go! This is what we use (we skip the sugar, though). There are other recipes on the page, too, using just coconut flour. They're from Bruce Fife's book.
