Need to make trim trainers - help!

My little girl will be 4 in October and for certain reasons, she is still in diapers. The thing is, she wears Pullups. I tried putting my LOs
bumGenius diaper on her and she haaated it. Is there possibly a thin, but absorbent liner that I can sew into her panties? Or I could even make velcro wings to just put them in her panties.

What would you make a liner out of?

Have you seen Ditto Daddy Trainers? They look like underwear but give you that protection that you need. I really like them when my 3 yo goes in and out of being trained.

Those are so cute! I kind of wish I could make them. Maybe I can try to make something similar.
