That is such GREAT news!! I'm so gald you found something that will work for you and your family. WAHM sounds perfect.
I'm sure your current bosses are realizing what an asset they had, a little too late.

Doesn't sound cold at all! Your first obligation is to your family's needs. If they wanted to keep employees like you they would have different policies and expectations.
