Planning another Coffee Night, Detroit Area Mamas! Thurs Sept 4

Looks like DH is gonna be out of town quite a bit in the near future, so I'll need some adult conversation and face time!

How about the 4th of September, which is a Thursday?

Noodles and Caribou? (I KNOW we just did Noodles, but I didn't have the Mac and Cheese and now I'm gonna crave it till I DO...)

Who's in?

I'm new to the area, and not sure if I'll be up to it as I will have JUST moved in, but I have a few questions since I haven't been before. Where exactly is it? What time do you go? Is it for moms only? Thanks! Ruth

Hi Ruth,



At 7pm we meet at Noodles. Noodles is located at 3119 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084. At 8pm we move next door to Caribou Coffee.

Sometimes the moms will bring kids and partners. It's up to you. If you can't make it to this one, we usually get together every other week.

Thanks for the info! Is anyone else's husbands coming this time? I think it'd be great to bring my dh (Chris) but he probably wouldn't want to go if he's the only daddy. Although he has gone to similar things as the only guy & enjoyed it after he got over that fact. (Like a session on NFP where they were going into detail about what to track! lol)

I haven't been to noodles before, but my friends from Hamtramck go there a lot & love it. I hope we can make it. I'm putting it on the calendar now. If you guys are bringing your dh/dp, let me know so I can tell mine! Thanks again & hope to see you then or at least sometime in the near future.

To answer a previous post.Husbands don't usually attend but are always welcome.If he did come he would quite possibly be the only guy.My DH is the same way so...just a heads up.

Hmmm, normal foods are slowly making their way back into my diet (yay! ), so this sounds tempting. Not that I don't love the company , but it's hard to be around all that yummy food and not be able to eat . I'll put it on the calendar and try to make it .
