Extended visit to New Orleans area

Greetings,

I will be in New Orleans (Slidell, Mandeville, and St. Benard) area for 3 months this fall. I am a SAHM to a 2 yr DS and 4 month DS. I am looking for activities and options.

there are lots of fun things for you to do in new orleans. children's museum, the new insectarium, zoo, aquarium, etc. we don't live in new orleans anymore so other than that i'm not sure about specifics maybe someone else can jump in. we are in MS and drive over to new orleans 2 or 3 times a month.
