wheat and possible egg issues?

So how would I be able to tell if my 8 week old is having issues with wheat and egg. Dairy was easy blood in poop etc., what would the signs for wheat and egg be? I've noticed a diaper rash, but can't be 100% sure its from the wheat and egg.... any suggestions, thanks:

reactions can vary, so your best bet is an elimination diet and food journal. FWIW, my dd never had blood in her stool, but she had green diarrhea, eczema, dark circles under her eyes, to name a few. Read this.

How long have you been dairy free? It can take weeks and weeks to completely leave your system, so it might just be traces of dairy still causing the rash.
