For us, it was pretty simple. Dd had lots of yeast rashes and when we did threelac, they finally cleared. Of course, I was doing everything else at the same time (avoiding allergens and taking probiotics), so I'm sure they all worked together, but when we started threelac, that's when I saw the biggest change.
I've seen lots of symptoms/problems attributed to yeast, but our symptoms were pretty straightforward.

I'm just delving into this new area of research for us.... I've finally got a pretty good hold on my diet, so now I need to focus more on the healing side.

Well, we did the yeast treatment at the beginning (so, almost 2 yrs ago) and kept it up for a few months. After we stopped that, we continued on with our regular gut-healing/allergen avoidance and eventually were able to get lots of foods back. I don't think that was connected specifically to eradicating yeast, but to a healthier gut in general. We seem to have gotten dairy back (one of her true IgEs), too, which we just trialed. Again, I think that's due to time and gut-healing and bringing gut flora into balance. I still don't think things are perfect. Dd's poops are sometimes pastier than I'd like, but we're constantly working at it. (They're definitely not "abnormal," but being the poop examiner that I've become, I've got high poop standards
