I had c-section so I was pretty sore and tired for a week. By the start of week two, I felt fine. I was ready to get up and get moving. I would definitely suggest you take it easy and listen to your body. That has been my cue as well.

other than sore in my 'privates' and pain in my back, I was able to do 3 loads of laundry the first day or the day after pp can't remember what day exactly. I ate some of my placenta raw and helped me with PP bleeding and gave me a lot of energy. No more bleeding after day 3 only some spotting here and there. After pains were pretty much gone the same day my bleeding went away. I have now my own testimonial about Placentophagia. I do have to take it easy with some rough movements or too much moving since all my bones are going back to place, I noticed an even faster recovery when I started resting more of course
