i want to try this... i'm really excited to see if it works

just a few questions.. i bought this bragg raw unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar from the health food store.. the ingredients say its already mixed with purified water - diluted to 5% acidity. other post ive read said use 50/50 with purified water.. is this with an apv that is pure or do all apvs come mixed like this?

also, can i use spring water? why purified?
