Nanny in Charlottesville, VA

I live in Charlottesville with my husband. We are having a baby due in mid-September. We're looking for someone to come in from 8 am-5 pm Monday and Wednesday and then 8 am-noon Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (those days are flexible). Does anyone know where I should begin to look or anyone who's looking for a full or part time nanny position? This is our first baby (we don't know the sex) and so we're quite new at this!

There's a yahoo group called Charlottesville Nanny that might be useful... If you don't have luck there try PNOC (anything parenting related) or maybe craigslist... I hear UVA has a list of childcare options but I don't know if it's just for students or not...
