I'm honestly wondering now if maybe it was the fresh tomato in the BLT she was reacting to - she was horribly colicky tonight and I had tomato soup for lunch. The only other thing today that was remotely allergenic was that there was soybean oil in some cookies and the Wheat Thins I had today. Is tomato a common allergy?

I think the pp was right about it taking 2+ hours to enter the milk - I think she reacted Sunday night to the BLT from Sun. lunch, yesterday morning to the granola from Sun. night and then last night from Mon. lunch. She ended up waking up at 8 am, sleeping from 1-4 (and that was a fight to get her there) and then finally sleeping at 10 pm. She normally has at least 2, if not 3 naps during the day (nice 2-3 hour ones) so this is definitely reaction. She cried last night like I haven't heard her cry since I cut dairy out - I felt so bad for her!

I know other people have said it but, bread almost always has some type of dairy and/or soy in it. They also probably 'grilled' your sandwich in some type of fat....butter or soy based margarine. We have found we just cannot go out to eat. It's too hard to control the ingredients and people will not tell the truth about what is in the food.

Oh, I agree about the bread - but I was trying to figure out what she reacted to today and tomatoes happened to be on both days as well. As soon as I can get to the grocery store (DH's car is in the shop, he's got mine and we are low on groceries) I will be stocking up to do a TED for this week to help clear her system. It's just too confusing guessing what could be or couldn't be causing her to react.

Yes tomatoes can be allergenic. They are part of the nightshade family (with potatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc.) which can cause inflammation in the body.
