Garlic Mosquito Repellant?

Has anyone heard of a garlic mosquito repellant that you can supposedly get at Home Depot (or Lowes) in Central MA? I looked online and couldn't find anything.
It's supposed to be a powder that you sprinkle in the grass and is all natural and works wonders to keep mosquitoes away.
Any help would be appreciated!

We have a liquid version. You spray it on everything and let it sit for 48 hours without rain (good luck!) and then it is supposed to repel mosquitos and ticks for a month. I used it earlier in the summer and felt like it did improve things somewhat. But several weeks ago with that intense rain we had serious flooding (as in plastic play stuff floating around the yard for a few days. Kids using the kiddie pools as boats. Boogie boarding in the runoff from the road, etc) we've had them more intense than in the 10 years I've lived here.

I also used it on my tomatillos to keep those little red bugs off. It worked great.

I got it at Debra's gourmet in Concord.
