Homebirth Midwife in Northern New York

I live in Franklin County, which isn't very far from Clinton and St Lawrence Counties. I was wondering if anyone knows of any homebirth midwives in this area. I'm also interested in finding a doctor, naturoopath etc that won't give me a hard time about not vaxing
