Zafu and Zabuton cushion patterns?

I looked on Ravelry. Nada.
I want to make them for DH so he can stop sitting on the floor or stealing my knitting chair cushions to meditate.

I guess for the Zabuton I could use a big floor pillow pattern. I know I have seen one somewhere.

Zabuton are are basically floor pillows, although they're definitely less squishy than a typical floor pillow.

I've seen them somewhere. I'd post to the mindful knitting group on Ravelry, I bet someone there can help.
