How much to quote for cleaning?

I contacted some businesses asking if they needed assistance with cleaning, administrative duties, etc.

A salon replied today. The lady needs someone to come in every other week or so and clean their floors (she said sweeping and mopping, so no polishing or anything). Also dusting and cleaning the retail shelves and window sills.

I mean, I don't see this taking more than an hour to two hours every week.

So she said I could come in and talk to her and then quote her a price. I have no idea what to quote. I am not a professional cleaner, which she understands. I said in my initial email I was looking for odd jobs basically. So she gets that. Do I just see what cleaners around Portland, Oregon are charging and then do say 3/4 of what they charge or 1/2? Hmm..

I wouldn't charge a whole lot less than what other people are charging. Maybe a little less to help you get business.

It seems others charge $10 - $20 per hour and those are unlicensed non-professional businesses (a lot of SAHM's and such).
