HELP IS it a prolapsed uterus?

I had a question for you ladies... where was or is your cervix inside your ... vagina? it feels like mine is about a couple inches (maybe only one) if even inside me, is that normal after having the baby?

my guess is two inches is where mine is..and its all uncharted territory in there pretty flacid IMO...I think a prolapse? is when the uterus is IN the vagina not just the cervix low but it has like herniated into the vag?

If you had a uterine prolapse I would imagine you'd be in an incredible amount of pain.

I remember totally feeling like I had one of those (felt like everything was sagging inside) after I had my 1st, but midwife checked me and said all was normal. Hope it's the same for you!!!

Oh thank you so much for posting this!!! I SWORE mine too was prolapsed...my cervix is much lower then when I was pregnant and what DH and I have dtd it has felt different. I think it is just everything trying to find its rightful place agin though I hope. FYI...a prolapsed uterus does not have to be painful.
