Lazy Susan in kitchen...what would YOU put in there/ - Page 2

We have one of those too but it's empty right now. DS usually puts his toys in there. Actually, most of our cabinets on the bottom are empty. (They're next to impossible to childproof, so why bother putting stuff IN it when it's just going to end up all over the floor?)

I remember those days! Thankfully mine are old enough that I don't have to worry about that any more!

A pp said that the weight of the items in the lazy susan is a consideration, and I want to second that! I had a really flimsy one once, and couldn't store my pots and pans there as I had in my previous home.

For my next kitchen, since I get to choose the materials, if I can't get a pull out cabinet, I'll store canned goods in there, since I won't have a pantry near the kitchen.

When I've had them, they've been on the bottom, and we put canned goods in it.

But, as yours is on the top, I'd go with spices.

Mine is a 2 tiered bottom cabinet by my stove so I use it for pots/pans/collander and pyrex containers.

Wait...let me clarify...the lazy susan is on the BOTTOM...the top corner cabinet is just that...a CORNER cabinet...ugh...another issue altogether!
