I'm SO frustrated.
When my babe was 2.5 weeks old I overdid it (vacuumed and cleaned two rooms in the house) and the bleeding got bright red again though the flow did not really change. (*sigh*) Ok, so I haven't vacuumed again, but I do carry my baby in a Moby (she needs this) and I was carrying her up and down stairs to change her diaper. Last week I started bringing the diaper supplies downstairs to avoid the steps all day... still bleeding. She's 6 weeks old now and I'm STILL bleeding and it's STILL bright red. I even passed a clot Saturday night. I swear I'm still feeling mild afterpains at night when she nurses.
What am I doing wrong? I can't possibly exercise less. I eat well and take my vitamins. I get that it's normal for some women to bleed longer, but it shouldn't be bright red and I shouldn't be passing clots. Right?
