As someone who had to use formula this is proably the most important piece of advice I could give someone.

This is really helpful, thanks!!! I think that I am doing this with some of my friends, I've decided with the ones who are a little more distant I may just suggest the Dr Sears book along with asking them how they're doing.

With so many preggo women I know talking about how pressured they feel already to BF and being turned off by the "pushy" "pro-BF" people - I feel like I need to be really sensitive and positive.
