Okay, my sometimes pita 14 yr old is so cute I can hardly stand it

LOL He is doing band camp again this week (he's a drummer) and starting high school next week. He is so on top of things. He just finsihed packing his lunch (he has been doing that on his own regularly)just ran through his music, packed up his stuff carefully, and said "I'm going to watch TV for a little while and chill. I'll be back in 20 minutes and we can go". So totally organized, so psyched.

So together and adorable. lol

I sound nuts, but he's so *ctue*. Of course, I've always liked the bad -ass drummers, anyway.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Yeah, my 13.5yo is a good kid too. It seems like we mostly hear about the obnoxious kids/teens on this board. It's nice having some good stories for a change!

: Awwww! I can't wait for my dd to go to band camp! She had the option this year but turned it down. I think it's required starting next year (she's 13 this year).

My 14 yo is an angel, too. Ok, ok, sometimes he has a really pessimistic attitude about stuff, but mostly he makes me crazy because he's so sweet.
