I can't be alone here, right?

My post partum pits stink to high heaven. I've always been sweaty in my pits but never have I smelled quite this bad. This is the first time in years I've been forced to turn to conventional antiperspirant deodorant and I don't feel good about it!

Those deodorant rocks don't work, nor do any of the natural sticks I've tried. I've also tried vinegar and alcohol rubbed on right out of the shower, under deodorant and it hasn't made a difference. Still smell like a concoction of curry and sauerkraut.:

Who else is with me? Are you turning back to conventional products or have you found the holy grail of natural deodorants??

I'm definitely with you on this. It's great to know someone else out there has the same problem. When I go out I use the bad stuff , at home I smell. I would love it if there was a better solution.

My husband and I have had great success with the LIQUID version of the deodorant stone. He likes the spray and I like the roll-on. We have no odor at all.

I know that not everyone reacts the same to different things though. I bought some Pit Putty recently. Many have recently tried and love this stuff. It is all natural, but has no baking soda. BS causes severe irritation for me, so Funk Butter didn't work well at all. I have only used the Pit Putty once, but it worked very well for that day.

Good luck at finding something that works really well for your particular body.

Gack!! I thought it was just because I have been so hot and sweaty. I use the liquid crystal at home (Kiss My Face) but have to use conventional stuff when I leave the house since it is so hot and humid here. And I have HAD to bathe more regularly which hadn't been much of an issue pre babe! I hope it regulates soon!

You know, I tried absolutely everything, up to and including the prescription strength bad stuff. Nothing worked, and it lasted several months past weaning my DD at 3.5 years. I bathed at least twice a day, and just tried to keep my distance from people! I wound up throwing away all the shirts I'd worn during those years, because the stink wouldn't wash out.
