I have some spotting Update in original post

I think I over did it today. I had to take the car in for some work and had to walk home and then walk back when it was done. I felt a few twinges while I was walking this evening, and then I noticed that I was spotting a little when I got home. I never spotted with the first two but did have implantation bleeding for the first time with this one. I'm hoping it's just that my cervix is sensitive after already have two babies. Anyway, I just needed to confide in someone as no one else knows I'm pregnant. I can't wait until dh comes home on Sunday. I don't want to go through this on my own anymore.

Update:
I had my u/s today. The sac was measuring at 5 weeks instead of 7. The idiot doctor tried to convince me that my dates could be wrong. I knew they weren't. She basically said go home and if you haven't miscarried in a week then I should get another u/s. Unfortunately I miscarried this afternoon. It was nice getting to know you all. I hope you have a H&H nine months.

Aw mama, it must be so hard to keep this to yourself until DH returns. I'll bet the spotting was nothing to worry about, you already know how all of this works. Take it easy tonight!

It went away last night but came back this morning when I had a bm. I still have all my symptoms (I almost lost my dinner into the garbage can last night when I took out the garbage) and I don't have any cramping. That's good right?

spotting at 5 weeks can be completely normal... try to relax and not do much if you can. no cramping is good! if it gets worse, you might want to have it checked, but alot of women do have spotting early on... hang in there....

I'm 5 weeks too and noticed a little spotting this morning. Just very slight brown tinge. But I think it may have been from DTD the night before I'm not too concerned about it (yet).

Hope yours is non concerning too!!

The spotting increased today. I going in for a u/s tomorrow and could use some good thoughts.

I had spotting with my first pregnancy, I think I was about 8 weeks along... My midwife told me to rest, no sex, and take vitamin e. I can't remember the exact dosage, maybe 1000 IU? The Midwifery Today archives might have something in them about it.
