My ds seems to have some food sensitivities. I wouldn't call them allergies, but if eats tomatoes or peanuts, he gets a terrible diaper rash. We've eliminated those, but occasionally he will get this patchy redness around his mouth and sometimes eyes after eating. I haven't been able to detect a pattern, but it happened this morning after he drank his smoothie (I added spirulina to it as a new ingredient) and some apple cinnamon oatmeal, which he hadn't had before.
Just wondering, is this a sign of allergies? Or is it just b/c he's fair - blond hair, blue eyes?
