Help with MN vax exemption laws...

Hoping that some of you in MN have dealt with this before. My daughter is partially vaccinated, she's up to date on those vaxes we decided to give, others we have no intention of giving. I was just going to have a notarized letter sent along to school, but then I read this: http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/i...exemption.html

If I'm reading this correctly, Conscientious Objection all or nothing, correct?

Any ideas on what I can do? Just file an exemption and hope it sticks?

I haven't dealt with this before (since our first child is a month or so away from arriving), but based on my reading of the link you provided, and the actual statute, it sounds like your conscientious belief can apply to any, or all, vaccines. Several places it mentions vaccination(s), which suggests it could just be one that you object to.

But hopefully someone on here has actual experience with this...

If you look at this form (supplied by the state), you'll see the exemption section on the right, and it gives an area to list vaccines that you object to:

You don't have to use the form, but apparently you can partially vax.

I was partially vaccinated in MN. From the time my parents decided to stop the vaccines they just filled out the conscientious objection form and didn't list any vaccines I had already received, after all, the objected to all of them from that point on. Their conscience had changed.
I have never worried about paying attention to what I was or wasn't vaccinated for (although my mom still has the list in my baby book if I ever really need it) and as an adult, when needed (for college) I have also just filled out the conscientious objection form as if I had never received any vaccines.
