WOOL felt toys- esp. play food??

I was completely planning to get DS some felt food for his kitchen for his b-day....and then I learned it was made from plastic!! I am not a sewer, so....

Does anyone know anyplace I can get felt food made with wool felt, or even a wool/cotton blend, which I heard exists?? Any food I attempt to make will not in any way resemble food!
