Pregnancy Support Group beginning 9/10/08

Hello mamas! Rhode Island New Moms Connection has a pregnancy support & discussion group beginning Wednesday, September 10th 6-7:30pm. Our groups provide a wonderful opportunity for you to build a new community of soon-to-be Mommy friends! Each session meets for 1.5 hours/week for 8 weeks. We discuss topics such as your changing identity/roles, managing relationships with partners & friends, what you need (and what you don't!), post-partum resources, etc. If you'd like more information, check out our website: www.rinewmoms.com or email us at [e-mail]. I would love to add MDC to my list of resources! My website is about to be redone in a different format so I have the ability to make changes easily ...AND we have a new local resources page I'm eager to have posted too! RI New Moms Connection has become a part of RIBN; we're contributing writers at kidoinfo; and we're partnered with doulas, prenatal/postnatal yoga instructors, LCs, etc....and we want to share their information with the RI New Moms community! Stay tuned. Hopefully there will be big improvements to our site before the end of the year!

This group is a GO next week (near East Side) if anyone is looking for a pregnancy support group. It's a nice way to share your pregnancy experience with others and make new mommy friends!

New Moms Group (North Kingstown) - Mondays 2-3:30pm Begins September 21st

New Moms Group (Pawtucket) - Thursdays 2-3:30pm Begins September 25th
