Hi,
I'm not really in the NEK but I have a camper on some land in the Sheffield area. I was there with the family this past week and we'll be going up for the music festival at Burke, well me and the kids and my mom. Where are you?

We are in orleans area..

That's not too far, maybe half an hour. We were up there puttering around with the kids around all the lakes and ponds with the canoe. What do you do in the winter? We get pretty bored with the kids, not really knowing what there is to do that is inside. My husband doesn't work much in the cold months so we get up there quite a bit.

We're part-time residents of Newark (just north of Burke). I've got 4 kids (17,14,6 and 3) but I'm mostly just up there with my two younger boys and/or my husband. We love the area, but we'd love to make some friends...
