My face has totally broke out. I have 4 pimples on my nose and 7 on my chin. WTH? Is this normal?

Yes, totally normal. Hormones......we just can't catch a break:

The only wash (and I have tried many) that has worked for me during this pregnancy is Origins balancing act frothy facial wash. Hoping it will continue to work for me after baby is here. Used to use proactive..but not a good brand while your prego or nursing! Origins is the only thing that has even come close to keeping my face clear. You can buy it right on line at origins.com if interested

Yep. It's sucky. Poor baby has it too.

Yup me too! Its starting to clear up a little bit, but SO annoying!
