Bald head..How should I cover it?

I need ideas on how to cover my bald head. I have just been using bandanas to cover it but would like some different ideas. I don't do too good with wigs. They itch. But would try a wig if I could find a good one. I would like to find some pretty cloth and ideas on how to wear it on my head. Any cute hat ideas would be welcome. And maybe there are other ways that I am not thinking of. Please help me look pretty. Not feeling to good about myself. :

I don't have any suggestions other than getting some really nice fabric to make a bandana out of. I know you can get some silk or something like it that's really light weight so it doesn't sit the same on your head as a stiff bandana.

Other than that, I wanted to give you a hug!!! And know that just because you don't have hair doesn't mean you're not a beautiful person!!!

There are some good looking mama head scarves at Hyenacart. Here's one, for example: http://hyenacart.com/prod_details.php?id=70505&vid=1837

Thank you for the hug And thank you for reminding me that I can still be beautiful. It's strange how much our self image is tied up in our hair. You don't really think about it till you don't have any.

My Mom told me that she bought some really pretty fabric and is making some scarves for me. So I won't have to make due with the dinky little bandanas I have.

I also found some cute cotton hats that don't look scratchy online. I'm thinking about ordering one.

That's really cute. I have never seen one like that before. It looks really comfortable.

I am assuming (and we know where assumptions can lead ya!) that you have an illness induced hairloss?
I know that when I was facing the loss of my hair (ovarian cancer) that my plan was to get a BEAUTIFUL henna design done and just rock the bald!
But I also read a little and thought that silk would be nice. Some some kind of silk scarves might be nice!
BTW - My pals were trying to me into getting a wild tatoo I would never get normally so that when my hair grew back it would be gone! OUCHIE!
Hope all starts looking up for you! ((hugs))

Here's a site that shows you different ways to tie head scarves. They are very beautiful. Hope you can use some of the ideas.
