Traveling to Mexico, Do I need any proof of vax to re-enter US?

We are planning a trip to Mexico and I am concerned because my kids are not vaccinated (accept fot Tetnus). Will I be able to get back and forth across the border? Or do I need paperwork explaining my "Life choices" AGAIN!"

Concerned,

Passport? Yes. Vax records? No.

I can't even think of a circumstance where a US citizen would be required to shoe any immunization form.
