Sealing PUL?

I'm replacing elastic in some pocket diapers and I'm wondering if I need to do anything with them after I'm done with stitching....

I read somewhere that I should put them in the dryer on high but I though PUL wasn't suppose to go in the dryer on high. (?)

I've put PUL throught the proverbial wringer when it comes to treatment and after nearly three years, have never had a problem. Drying on high is no problem at all.

so is that necessary to 'reseal' PUL after ripping seams and restitching?

yes, if you don't - you'll have a 'leaky' problem...

It is also a good idea to put your pul pockets/covers/aios in the dryer every once in a while. It will help seal it.

Yes, you should always wash and dry diapers at least once after sewing or fixing them.
