Well, I am still here. I haven't written for a few days because I felt like I didn't have anything new to say. I still really don't. Still pregnant. My parents and my sister and her family are coming up this weekend to see us. Maybe they will be here for the birth. That would be exciting. We would have some babysitters here too! My dad is hoping for a labor day baby. I'm not because I didn't want to wait that long but now we are so close. My boys were both born on Saturday so it would be cool if she was born today. I tell her everyday," Today would be a good day to come out." It hasn't worked yet.

I know what you mean about having nothing new to say. i'm still here. Congratulations to Kirsten / bettie cracker on her baby boy! She hid it up in birth announcements. I was wondering about her! Any other new babies?

Well, Im 41w3d and think Im finally in labor.

Contractions started yesterday at noon and got brutal enough that I couldn't sleep though them at 5am... just been waiting since. They are still 5-7 minutes apart but they hurt like heck and Im losing blood-streaked plug...

This is the longest, slowest, boring-est labor Ive ever had.
Im getting sore and tired.

Not sure when Ill be back to update as the bedroom/bathroom is upstairs and the computer is in the basement and wont be so much fun for a post-partum mama to navigate

Still pregnant. My parents are driving 600 miles to come stay with us for a week. I was due 16 days ago. I was hoping to have the babe here before they get here. Here's to hoping I go into labor RIGHT NOW and have a fast one.:

bettymama, i hear you on the pelvic pain. it is so annoying....but i've only had 4 BH ctx today so you may be closer than me.

Still pregnant. My sister is in town, making me take walks and eat spicy food because she wants me to have the baby before she leaves on Monday.

I think I'm 41 and 2 now, I feel fine but am getting sick of the "why don't they just induce you" comments!

I'm still here. Hubby finished airing up the birthpool and hanging some curtains I've wanted up for a long time. I keep thinking I need to get everything I've always had on my to do list done so our baby will come. Everyone is in town or on their way into town and tonight would be perfect timing for our lil' guy to make his appearance.

I keep wanting chile - green chile, red chile, chile con carne.. you name it if it's a chile I'm eating it!
