yes they do! You know... you don't even have to join there. Just get a few meals, mimic the portions and do your own. I did it with my second (that's how I was able to lose so many lbs) and it was so easy. Just make sure you eat 300-400 calories at breakfast, lunch and dinner and do 150 calories snacks. Salads are unlimited as long as you use a non or low fat dressing. You can also add a turkey sandwich a day, since we need to eat more than the nonbreastfeeding mamas.

Is there room for one more in your boat? I too am at 222 and my preg ended at 245. My pp weight was about 210, but I so need to lose much more than that! I have all the ww stuff and I just ordered the chariot infant sling so that I can pop baby and toddler in it for walks. My day care provider is less than a mile away, but ever try walking that distance with a 3yr old? My land it would take me an hour. She loves the Chariot and I'm sure she'll get a big thrill out of riding with her little sister so I'm hoping we can walk there and back twice each day and on the off days take longer walks.

arghh - I would love to be losing a bit faster than I am. Baby is 7 weeks old and I have only lost 17 of the 40 lbs I put on this pregnancy.
I am sitting at 145. Need to lose another 21 to get to my prepreg weight and another 10 on that to get to where I want to be.
I had just lost the 20 lbs I had been hanging onto from the first 3 kids right before I got pregnant this time.
I am doing a fitness bootcamp. I love it - it is at 5:30 am and it is really fun. I did it last year for 6 months and got in pretty good shape. I started this time at 3.5 weeks pp so I should be getting babely any minute =)
