Goodbye August, Hello September!

Well, August is past us now. I guess I'm wrong in thinking I'd get a late August baby. I figured it was mostly wishful thinking anyway! I still wish I would just get this over with. Come on baby. Mama wants to love on you! So, everybody ready?

Yes, yes, yes! I'm ready! This is the month I become a mother! An August baby would have been fine too but Dagmar had other plans and that's fine. I'm ready whenever she is.

Oh I'm ready!! I can't wait!! I keep talking to baby, saying, come, come, come!! I figure a little bit of suggestion couldn't hurt!

I just knew I was going to have a late August baby. I'm actually a little disappointed our little one didn't show this weekend. So much for that, I guess. I really need to find a way to stop obsessing over when baby's coming, though. It's driving me a little crazy.

Yeah I know the feeling. Come on baby. I am SO ready (and tired and sore and whiny)...

I felt the same way. I did the same with DD. I swore I was having a July baby, and she came in August, so I'm not surprised Peanut stayed put. I've tried bribing him out with cookies, ponies, and cars, but he isn't budging!

Yay September. I'm so ready for this to be done!

I am so beyond ready. Not necessarily ready for 2 more babies, but definitely ready to NOT be pregnant.

I'm way ready too, but I have a terrible feeling that early October will be when this little one arrives (EDD 9/17). I haven't had one BH or anything - basically nothing feels different (other than fatigue and a 5-second crampy feeling every few days) from how I felt 3 weeks ago. Sigh.
Yeah, reading this thread I had the sinking feeling that I may be posting on the "hello October" thread in 29 days (edd 9-23). We'll see...

I feel like it'll probably happen at 39 weeks or so, but wouldn't be surprised if I went into October (due 9/28).

I don't think the peris are going to let me go to my due date and I'm actually not unhappy about that. I'm glad to see the calendar turn today!

I can't decide what I feel--is it "We've got to have this baby sometime soon" or "We can't possibly have a baby!"

For crying out loud, I'm 33 years old--if I'm not ready to be somebody's mama now, I will never be ready.

Then I still have three more years so it's okay for me to feel so panicked?

I woke up this morning and one of my first thoughts was, wow, one day this month I'll be having a baby! (Just wish I knew what day...)

Oh yeah, panic is allowed for at least three more years!

(It makes me feel a lot better to know that I'm not the only one who's kind of panicky. )

Oh yes! We are ready and so excited! We have her car seat ready to go, we've made several practice runs to the hospital, programmed important telephone numbers to our phones, packed the hospital bags, cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned again! We are ready and so excited to meet our baby girl! Last night sometime, she totally dropped! I just want to hold her and love her!
