9/7: Nada -- it's my birthday and we were in the city for the day/evening (during gym hours). BUT, we did do quite a bit of walking while we were there

9/8:
25 minutes on the stepper and
40 minutes on the
strider (long strides/5.39 miles) at the Y -- which totally kicked my ass. I definitely paid for the birthday drinks, cupcakes, nachos, drinks, bbq chicken cheese steak, DRINKS, etc. I've been snarfing all weekend

9/9: Nada -- training at work.
9/10: Nada -- went to Pilates class and it was FULL! This has *never* happened before, but next week, I'm arriving early

9/11: A very sweaty
25 minutes on the stepper and
40 minutes on the
strider (long strides/5.21 miles) at the Y.
9/12: Welcome to the weekend!
25 minutes on the stepper and
35 minutes on the
strider (long strides/4.29 miles) at the Y,
20 minute Pilates video and
2 minutes of planks.
9/13: My favorite weekly detox:
45 minutes of Pilates,
25 minutes on the stepper (1.94 miles) and
40 minutes on the
strider (long strides/5.1 miles) at the Y

9/14: Nada!
9/15:
25 minutes on the stepper (1.94 miles) and
35 minutes on the
strider (long strides/4.52 miles) at the Y
