Help, being away for 4days only small fridge and micro

I will be taking the kids to a hotel for 4days in a few weeks. We will have a small fridge and a microwave. I rarely use our micro, so wasn't sure what to bring.

Breakfast- available at hotel for free

lunch-3days

Dinner-2days

I imagine I could bring homemade stuff to reheat.

Jessica- Well, we decided to do some of our faves.

PB for snacks and maybe one lunch
fruits and veggies
take mac n cheese for reheating (mmm, homemade)
canned soup, crackers

there is an organic store near by and a local bakery, mainly trying to save money.

I am sure I can make a few more meals and take...just more work for me before we go.

When we do this I make some easy things and just bring them in containers. Things like red beans & rice, steamed veggies, pasta salad, etc. Then I also bring along fruit and things for sandwiches. Muffins or other baked goods for snacks (or breakfast, but you have that covered). It seems to work for us.
