plans to build a child's workbench?

I was wondering if anyone knew of some good plans to build a workbench for kids. Not a play one, but a real, usable one. They are 5 and 7 and LOVE to build so I want to buy some child sized tools and build them a workbench for xmas.

Google hasn't yielded me good results so I was hoping someone here had a child-sized workbench plan to recommend.

I think that's a great idea. My boys would love one. And then they could do work like Daddy downstairs in the basement.
