New To Danbury, CT

We just moved to Danbury, CT from the Boston Metro, and are looking for new doctors. We'd like to work with a smaller practice, 1 to 3 doctors, as we've found that we often get lost in larger practices. Any recommendations welcome.

welcome! we have just left, but I grew up in the area.

We used Dr. Auerbach in the brookfield family practice... she is part time, so tends to have room in her schedule. We delayed (indef.) vax and though I had to sign a form, and she talks to me about it every time we go, she has been very respectful of our choice. I also didn't do most well visits and have never had a problem with her. She is pretty AMA though but never guilt tripped me into giving abx or other.

I use the midwifes at the danbury birthcenter for my gyn. There is 3 of them... never had an issue with them, but keep in mind they are affiliated with the hospital. No crunchy midwifes here!

other than that I use the same optometrist and dentist since I was 3 so they are in Wesport. I think you could prob find someone closer.
