nope i'm still with ya. 41 wks + 4 days (or 6 days depending on which EDD we go by). OB wants to induce tomorrow

i'm still optimistic i'll go on my own before then...although I've been saying that for days!

do you have any promising signs?

Not a single sign.

I had another NST yesterday and BPP and AFI. Everything looked fine but the nurse asked if I was totally against staying for induction that day . . . I told her I'd prefer not to, on the condition that I come back today for another NST.

We're still unsure of the EDD, but I'm probably just about 42 weeks today, so I doubt they will let me go much longer.

Like you, I'm convinced I'll just go into labor any second, but if not I will accept the induction. The hospital does have telemetry monitoring so that's a (little) plus.

I'm stil here I'm at 41 and 4 I think too.I have been having contractions every ten minutes for two days now and have had no sleep.

Still here. 40+3, huge and having a hard time walking.

NST and u/s on Friday if no baby by then.

Is there a medical reason to induce? I was 7 and 9 days overdue with dd1 and dd2....
What about natural methods?

Labor day didn't do squat for me! ugh. I'm 40w5days today. Midwife wasn't going to schedule me this week since last week we really thought baby would come any day so today she called and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. My mom is freaking out thinking that I should go to an ob and get checked out. Baby is still active which makes me feel good. My internet at home died and now I'm having to go to the library to get online. So if you don't hear from me for a few know that it may just be I don't have internet access!

Everyone keeps calling just to see if I'm pregnant still and so I changed my voice mail to say if you're calling for any other reason than to see if I'm still pregnant leave a message and I'll call back otherwise rest assured I'm still in preggo land! & promise to change my vm once baby is here! My MIL is one that keeps calling and least at this point so long as dh answers she only calls his phone, but when he doesn't she calls me too. Why on earth she thinks that I wouldn't immediately call her I have no clue, but she's driving me nuts. I already have my parents at my house watching my every move to see if I'm going into labor or not.

I would have thought I was against a stretch and sweep, but you know what at this point they could stick a balloon in me and I wouldn't care. (half joking)

My first came 14 minutes before his due date, my 2nd 4 days after due date and right now we're at 5 days after due date. This is the most pregnant I have ever been!

still preggo 41 w + 4 d .... i had to schedule a c-section today for friday as i have had 3 thus far and going past 42 weeks with a baby estimated at 9 1/2 - 10 lbs isnt a good idea. i am really bummed, but hoping baby comes on her own in the next day and a half!

Saw doc today. He has actually dropped down and I am 2-3 cm dilated! I was expecting her to say nothing had happened!

Either way, though, I only have until thursday afternoon - that's the longest I could get them to go. However, my doctor is being pretty flexible and saying that we will definitely have telemetry monitoring and it's possible that she may only require intermittent monitoring, assuming everything is going well.

We'll see!
