Oliver arrived on August 28th at 10:02 pm. 8 lbs, 14 oz and 21 inches long. I guess my tolerance for pain is higher than I imagined because I didn't feel the need to go to the hospital until 7-8 cm dilated... I thought I was probably at 4:00pm. I asked for an epidural but it was too late for it to have any effect...or it just didn't work because I could still feel everything after he was born. Triage at 8:15, room at 9:15, and baby born at 10:02. Amazing and actually very cool, but painful, to feel him being born. Took about 3-5 minutes of pushing and he turned face down at the last second and came right out. I think my big first baby paved the way nicely
